Hi! I am Harshada, an educationist with over 12 years of experience in the teaching profession, working primarily with secondary and higher secondary students (Grades 9 to 12). Throughout this journey, I have closely observed and addressed various student concerns such as lack of confidence, academic stress, adolescent challenges, and mental health issues.

To extend my support beyond academics, I pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from the Institute of Counselor Training Research and Consultancy (ICTRC), Delhi. Over the last six years, I have been serving as the Principal of a reputed junior college in Pune, where I integrate psychological guidance with academic mentoring to nurture the overall growth of students.

In today’s competitive era, higher secondary students face the dual challenge of preparing for board examinations along with multiple entrance tests. The resulting pressure often leads to stress, low motivation, despondency, and emotional strain.
