Business Development Officer

Job Description: The candidates would be pursuing strategic activities responsible to increase the client base of the company and would necessarily be required to: • Research clients – strategically match their needs with our solutions and close deals that fully align the two. • Take full ownership of keeping the designated clients to keep them hooked to the solution provided by the company. • Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed. • Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers. Responsibility: • Responsible for handling the business, profit and loss for the assigned zone. • Lead the sales and operations team to increase the market share in their respective zone. Qualification: • Graduated from tier 1, tier 2 colleges. Engineers would be preferred. • Exp: 0-1 years. • Prior experience in Business development/healthcare sector would be preferred.
