Glocious – Executive – Business Development (0-1 yrs)

Job Description for – Business Development Executive This position will be based at Glocious Infotech Private Limited in Kaushambi. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: – Manage end to end pre – sales cycle starting from market research to scheduling a meeting with prospect/ client. – Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities; – Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements; – Provide engaging and articulate preliminary information about Glocious Infotech value proposition to potential customers. – Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports. Pre Sales Management: – Learn to manage complex enterprise pre sales throughout the sales cycle; – Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Glocious Infotech processes; – Meet personal targets and work towards Glocious Infotech sales goals and profitability; Communication: – Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential clients via phone, email, telephone conferencing & webinars to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship; – Provide accurate and timely information as required to the sales team and senior management; – Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Google search etc. Product Knowledge: – Develop a strong knowledge of Glocious Infotech products and services in order to facilitate the sales process; Required Experience: – 0-1 years proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in India & abroad – Experience of B-to-B sales, and can quickly develop a good understanding of clients and market dynamics and requirements; – Proficient in managing the pre sales pipeline; – Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
